Gary Burford is the Village of Radium Hot Springs Protective Services Officer and is responsible for enforcing Village of Radium Hot Springs Regulatory Bylaws, including but not limited to:

• Nuisances and Unsightly Premises
• Noise Control
• Special Events

In addition, he enforces the Building Bylaw and Unsightly Premise Bylaw in cases of non-compliance.

Making a Complaint

All complaints must be made in writing to the Village of Radium Hot Springs.  To make a complaint, you can stop by the office and fill out a Form, returning it either by mail or fax to 250-347-9068.  For other complaints, please submit a letter.
