CPR's Holiday Train -- a 368-metre train aglow with more than 6,000 lights -- will raise awareness and generate donations in support of Canadian food banks. The train will be stopping close to 50 communities, more than twice as many as 1999's inaugural train. CP's Holiday Train is run in partnership with the Canadian Association of Food Banks.

Canadian Pacific Railway will be passing through Radium Hot Springs Friday, December 14^th , at 6:30 pm located at Forsters Landing (Canfor mill road).  A boxcar full of performers such as Wide Mouth Mason, Melanie Doane will be providing entertainment to residents of Radium Hot Springs and the Columbia Valley.
