Where has summer gone! Adventure Radium is in its final week for 2010. Last weekend, a great time was had by all at the first ever "Survival Camp" held at Crooks Meadows in beautiful Kootenay National Park. 17 excited campers and our staff/leaders took part in two days of fun, games, food and majic! Thank you to all those who helped make our first overnight camp such a success!
The final week of Adventure Radium will be full of more excitement and games with a farewell bbq set for Thursday, August 26 (the camp will run that day from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for all ages). Everyone is welcome to join us for the final week. Please call Jill at the Village Office for more details. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Kara, our fabulous co-ordinator, Andrew, Braeden, Lauren and Natalie - our superb leaders, and Robbie, our on-call leader and magician, for another great summer of adventure in Radium.
