Village water use, on average, doubles during the summer months. Much of this increase is caused by needless water waste. By using water wisely, residents will waste less water and cause less stress on the Village’s treatment and distribution system. As the Village of Radium Hot Springs grows, it is important to maintain water conservation standards. Water conservation measures are in effect from June 1st until September 30th of each year:
- No watering of lawns and gardens from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- Odd numbered buildings/properties may water on odd numbered days.
- Even numbered buildings/properties may water on even numbered days
Please help us to conserve this precious resource. Be water-wise! Thank you.
