Open Burning Ban Cancelled

Effective 12:01pm on Friday, September 17th, 2021, and until further notice, the OPEN BURNING BAN within the Village of Radium Hot Springs is cancelled.

“Large scale burning”, means any burning exceeding one (1) meter in diameter and one (1) meter in height, or, in the case of grass burning, exceeding 25 square meters in area.

This cancellation does not affect the discharge of fireworks within the Village of Radium Hot Springs.

 The discharge of any fireworks within the Village of Radium Hot Springs is prohibited at any time without permit issued by the Radium Hot Springs Fire Department.

All conditions related to this bylaw are still in effect.

This order, pursuant to Village of Radium Hot Springs “Open Burning Bylaw No. 297”.
