Once the application has been reviewed and approved, fees will be assessed, and an invoice will be provided. Payment is due before the license is issued to the applicant.

Other Licensing Requirements

Any person owning a business within the Village of Radium Hot Springs or doing business within the Village of Radium Hot Springs, such as contractors (seasonal, too), must obtain an annual Business Licence.

The business licensing process ensures the business community is operating in a responsible way, and contributes toward the cost of providing essential business infrastructure such as roads, water, sewer, and snow removal.

Business licences are issued annually and run from January to December 31st. Fees vary as set out in the Business Licence Bylaw and are pro-rated depending on when the application is approved.

Licenses are subject to approval by staff.

If you have any questions about whether or not you are required to hold a business licence, please contact the Village Office.

Changes to Your Licence

Business owners are required to notify the Village of Radium Hot Springs of any changes to their business licence.
