The Main Hall is the perfect gathering place for large events, from weddings and banquet dinners to film festivals and community gatherings.

Rates:
- Non-profit, fundraising, charitable, youth and senior individuals and organizations:
- Full-day use: $125
- Half-day use: $75
- For profit organizations, private and commercial use:
- Full-day use $250
- Half-day use $150
Maintenance/security deposit: $400
Included in rental:
- 25 round folding tables, seat 8 per table (click here for schematic)
- 200 banquet style chairs
- 25, 6′ rectangular folding plastic tables
- Mobile bar
- Podium and microphone system, including wireless microphones
- Ceiling mounted projector and dropdown screen
- AV equipment including ceiling mounted speakers (you are required to bring your own laptop connections)
- 75″ Samsung wall-mounted Smart TV
- Wifi
- Sprung floor
- Access to a deck at the western end of the hall
Items NOT included in the rental:
- Tablecloths or linens
- Chair covers
- Risers
- Garbage or recycling removal
- Decorations
- Ice machine
- Set up or take down of tables and chairs
Basic cleaning policy: (use of any confetti type material is prohibited in the hall and the grounds)
- Users are expected to leave the hall in a basic state of cleanliness to include:
- Returning tables (wipe down) and chairs as per instructions located on the storage room door
- Removing all garbage and recycling (if garbage or recycling is left, an additional fee may be incurred and deducted from the damage deposit)
- Sweeping the floor in the main hall, stage and kitchen
- Draining any ice out of the mobile bar

Please note that all caterers, bands, DJ’s, wedding planners, bartending services, etc. must have a current Village of Radium Hot Springs Business Licence.
