The Main Hall is the perfect gathering place for large events, from weddings and banquet dinners to film festivals and community gatherings.

Capacity: 222 people

Area: 230 square metres / 2,472 square feet

  • Non-profit, fundraising, charitable, youth and senior individuals and organizations:
    • Full-day use: $125
    • Half-day use: $75
  • For profit organizations, private and commercial use:
    • Full-day use $250
    • Half-day use $150

Maintenance/security deposit: $400

Included in rental:

  • 25 round folding tables, seat 8 per table (click here for schematic)
  • 200 banquet style chairs
  • access to approximately 10, 6′ rectangular folding plastic tables
  • mobile bar
  • podium and microphone system
  • ceiling mounted projector and dropdown screen
  • AV equipment including ceiling mounted speakers
  • 75″ Samsung wall-mounted Smart TV
  • Wifi
  • a sprung floor
  • access to a deck at the western end of the hall

Basic cleaning policy:

  • Users are expected to leave the hall in a basic state of cleanliness to include:
    • Returning tables and chairs as per instructions located on the storage room door
    • Removal of all garbage and recycling
    • Sweeping the floor

Please note that all caterers, bands, DJ’s, wedding planners, bartending services, etc. must have a current Village of Radium Hot Springs Business Licence.
