A community Recreation Committee has recently been formed in Radium Hot Springs with a goal to bring residents together through activities and events.
The committee’s first major initiative will be a Halloween event on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Radium Centre and adjacent Main Park, beginning at 5pm. More information will be provided closer to the date.
The first ‘activity’ for the committee will be a guided walk on October 7th. Those interested can meet at the Radium Hot Springs Centre at 9am. Kyler will be your ‘guide’.
Beyond Halloween, the committee is exploring additional programs such as exercise classes, card game nights, and winter movie nights. To shape these future events, we are seeking feedback from residents about the kinds of activities they would most enjoy. A questionnaire will be sent out to residents in the near future.
The Recreation Committee also welcomes partnerships with local businesses and organizations interested in co-hosting or supporting events. Together, we can create engaging traditions that strengthen community spirit and make Radium Hot Springs an even more vibrant place to live.
Note:
PARTICIPANTS IN RECREATION COMMITTEE-LED ACTIVITIES FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ANY AND ALL OF THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS INVOLVED, INCLUDING THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
