The 2026 Village of Radium Hot Springs tax notices are in the mail! If you haven’t received yours yet, please call the Village Office. Taxes are due JULY 2nd by 4:30pm. No exceptions.
The BC Home Owner grant reduces the amount of property taxes you pay each year on your principal residence.

The grant can be claimed in advance of paying your property taxes. You must apply for the grant every year, even if your taxes are paid by your mortgage company.
