Brent's Shack Outdoor Kitchen

Brent’s Shack is a concession building located next to the Radium Hot Springs Centre and adjacent to Legends Field. It is outfitted with commercial grills, boilers, pot warmers and a bun warmer. There is also a small bar fridge and sink. Users are required to obtain the necessary Food Services Permit from Interior Health.

Rates:

• Non-profit, fundraising, charitable, youth and senior individuals and organizations:
  • Full-day use: $75
  • Half-day use (4 hours maximum): $50
  • Non-refundable cleaning fee (per event): $75
• For profit organizations, private and commercial use:
  • Full-day use: $150
  • Half-day use (4 hours maximum): $100
  • Non-refundable cleaning fee (per event): $75

Note: The Village reserves the right to reduce the rental rates at its discretion based on benefit to the community.

Basic cleaning policy:

• Users are expected to leave the outdoor kitchen in a basic state of cleanliness to include:
  • Removal of all garbage and recycling
  • Wipe down of stovetops, grills, counters, backsplash, tables and sinks
  • Removal of all food and food waste
  • Sweeping and mopping of floor

Please note that all caterers, bands, DJ’s, wedding planners, bartending services, etc. must have a current Village of Radium Hot Springs Business Licence.
