Stage 1 watering restrictions are in effect year-round in Radium Hot Springs. This means you are allowed to water on alternate days, depending on your home address number:
- Even numbered addresses may water on even numbered calendar days between the hours of 5:00am to 10:00am and 7:00pm and 12:00am (midnight).
- Odd numbered addresses may water on odd numbered calendar days between the hours of 5:00am to 10:00am and 7:00pm to 12:00am (midnight).
Watering of lawns, gardens, trees, landscaped areas, and food plants can be done using a handheld hose with an automatic shut-off nozzle, handheld canister, or use of a sprinkler, a drip irrigation system or underground irrigation system.
All other outdoor watering activities (e.g. washing driveways or vehicles) is allowed using only handheld canisters or a hose equipped with an automatic shut-off nozzle.
