The Gymnasium is not available for rent at this time.
Single-Day Rates:
- Non-profit, fundraising, charitable, youth and senior individuals and organizations:
- Full-day use: $40
- Half-half-day use (4 hours): $20
- Non-refundable cleaning fee (per event): $50
- For profit organizations, private and commercial use:
- Full-day use $80
- Half-day use $40
- Non-refundable cleaning fee (per event): $50
Continuous or Multiple-Day Rates:
(a minimum six-month commitment whereby the facility is used at least once per week)
- Non-profit, fundraising, charitable, youth and senior individuals and organizations:
- Each day the facility is used: $15
- Cleaning fees will be determined by staff based upon discussions with the renter.
- For profit organizations, private and commercial use:
- Each day the facility is used: $30
- Cleaning fees will be determined by staff based upon discussions with the renter.
Basic cleaning policy:
- Users are expected to leave the gymnasium in a basic state of cleanliness to include:
- Removal of all garbage and recycle
- Removal of all food waste, and
- Sweeping the floor.
Please note that all caterers, bands, DJ’s, wedding planners, bartending services, etc. must have a current Village of Radium Hot Springs Business Licence.
