The Kitchen is located at the west end of the centre, directly across from the Main Hall. The kitchen is a fully equipped servery, ideal for cooking, storing/preparing food for your event. Users are required to obtain the necessary Food Services Permit from Interior Health.

Rates:
- Non-profit, fundraising, charitable, youth and senior individuals and organizations:
- Full-day use: $75
- Half-day use: $50
- For profit organizations, private and commercial use:
- Full-day use: $150
- Half-day use: $100
Maintenance/security deposit: $250
Included in rental:
- 2 Samsung flat top double ovens
- a commercial fridge, freezer and dishwasher
- a microwave
- place settings for 200 (white) incl. cutlery, dishware and water glasses
- 200 wine glasses
- 100 high ball glasses
- a variety of assorted pots, pans, serving trays, bowls, cooking utensils
- a variety of coffee urns, makers and tea pots
- cutting boards
- mobile cart for collecting dishes
Cleaning policy:
- Users are expected to:
- Remove all garbage and recycling
- Sweep the floor

Please note that all caterers, bands, DJ’s, wedding planners, bartending services, etc. must have a current Village of Radium Hot Springs Business Licence.
