BC Hydro has advised that there will be a 14-hour power outage on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 7:00am to 9:00pm. This outage will only affect certain areas within Radium Hot Springs and is not expected to affect Radium’s downtown and Highway 93 corridor. The Village of Radium Hot Springs will be OPEN for business!
The areas highlighted in DARK GREEN are affected.
Per BC Hydro, work crews will be replacing critical structures, which will serve to reinforce reliability to Golden, Radium Hot Springs, and Parson.
BC Hydro has initiated customer notification for those affected.
