Program Details
The program is divided into two sessions per day, each two and a half hours long, tailored to different age groups:
- Morning session (9:30 am to noon): for younger participants aged 6 to 7 or 8 years old. Your child must be 6 years of age or older on or before December 31 of the program year.
- Afternoon session (1:00 pm to 3:30 pm): for older kids aged 8 and up.
These separate sessions allow leaders to create games, crafts, and activities geared towards the age and abilities of each group. If your child's age could place them in either group, consider their ability level when determining which group they would be most comfortable in.
Adventure Radium typically begins the first week of July and runs for eight weeks.
What to Bring
Please ensure your child arrives with a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, water, and a small snack.
Program Expectations
Adventure Radium takes place outdoors and participants are expected to be able to follow the leaders' instructions and directions. If your child is unable to do so, you may be asked to pick them up. It is our priority that each child has a wonderful experience, meets new friends, greets friends from past programs, and enjoys the Adventure!

Brent's Shack, adjacent to the Radium Hot Springs Centre at 4863 Stanley Street.
Fees
- Drop-in per child: $15
- Full program per child: $75
- Full program family rate (two or more siblings): $140
Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, or debit at the Village Office and is required at the time of registration or in advance.
