Facility Rental

Please note that all caterers, bands, DJs, wedding planners, bartending services, and similar businesses must hold a current Village of Radium Hot Springs Business Licence to operate in the Village.

Depending on the nature of your event, you may also need:

• Liability insurance: required for all facility rentals. Visit eventpolicy.ca for more information.
• Special Events Liquor Permit: required if alcohol will be served. Visit the BC Government website for details. 
• Food Services Permit: required if food will be prepared or served. Contact Interior Health for more information. 
• Village Business Licence: required for all contractors including caterers, bands, DJs, and bartending services. Visit the Business Licensing page.

To request a booking, complete the facility rental form below or drop by the Village office. A Village staff member will follow up to confirm availability, provide a quote, and walk you through next steps.
