The Radium Art Guild was founded in 2018. Guild members meet for weekly art sessions in the Radium Hot Springs Centre Multi-Purpose Room. This room is wheelchair accessible with bright, south-facing light excellent for painting and art projects.

All media is encouraged for art projects. Members bring their own materials: paper, paints (water colour, acrylics, oils), brushes, charcoal, etc. as well as their own unique interpretations and levels of experience. There are no formal lessons or homework!

The Radium Art Guild offers wonderful peer support with positive suggestions. Members often share art books, pictures, figures, still life, fruit, etc. for motivation.

It’s a great way to meet new people with a common interest. Often other community members will drop in for a visit to check out the art, and enjoy excellent conversation and company.

New members are always welcome! The Guild’s regular painting season runs from October through to March on Thursdays between 12:30 pm and 4 pm. Drop by the Centre during these times. Summer painting sessions may also take place.
